If you or your dog aren’t completely satisfied with your Drenched Dog Towel, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Limit of one return per customer per towel type (mouth or paws towel) within a 12-month period.
- Towel must show reasonable signs of use. Excessive damage, alterations, or extreme wear (beyond typical use) will not qualify for a return.
- The towel must be returned in its original condition, free of excessive dirt, odors, or heavy damage not related to normal wear and tear.
How to make a return:
- Contact our customer service team at tailwagging@drencheddog.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Ensure the towel is returned in its original packaging, if possible.
- Once we receive the towel and review its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.
